STUDYING ON BLEZCHING OF O3 ON THE NAOH-AQ PULP OF GINGER STEM
Ginger has been widely used because of its properties of excellent antibacterial and preventing disease.Ginger stem can not be incinerated and composted because of its special properties.This study is on ginger stem of Shandong Anqiu somewhere as raw material,using NaOH-AQ-Na2SO3 to prepare chemical pulp.The fine pulp yield was 33.64%and the KMnO4 value was 5.8.Bleached with O3/H2O2,hydrogen peroxide content of 12%and 20 ppm ozone water treatment pulp 3 times,the whiteness of 47.62%of the P-Z process and the whiteness of 51.65%0f the Z-P process can be obtained.
