(DQ)ONE STEP BLEACHING AND CHELATING PRIOR TO PEROXIDE BLEACHING

摘要：

　　In peroxide bleaching process with DED pre-bleached pulp,the chelating treatment before peroxide step was applied.The one step process of the chlorine dioxide bleaching and chelating with EDTA resulted in the better peroxide bleaching efficiency with the higher final brightness and the higher final viscosity than those by the chlorine dioxide bleaching followed by chelating with EDTA or no chelating.In residual transition metal analysis in chelated pulp,the DE(DQ)Pleaded to the lower transition metal concentration than those of the DEDP or the DEDQP process.These results showed the the chelating treatment in chlorine dioxide bleaching as one step process prior to peroxide bleaching step could be more efficient process as a peroxide bleaching process in ECF bleaching sequence.
