Study on advanced treatment of special papermaking waste water with membrane separation technology
Numbers of water quality indexes were measured,such as turbidity,conductivity,and chemical oxygen demand of import and export of waste water.Membrane separation technology was studied on advanced treatment of special papermaking waste water.The results showed that better effluent quality could be obtained by technology optimum combination of fabric filter,ultrafiltration,activated carbon,and reverse osmosis,when turbidity of influent was 20 to30 NTU,conductivity 300-500 us/cm,and COD 50-100 ml/L.The turbidity,conductivity,and chemical oxygen demand of effluent water,were less than 0.5 NTU,100 us/cm,20 ml/L,respectively.The rate of the waste water reuse was up to 80%,and the production of the company was well as usual.
