RESEARCH ON COMPONENTS SEPARATION OF CORN STOVER BY PRETREATMENT AND THEIR COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION

The lack of economically efficient biomass pretreatment technology is the main barrier of the conversion of lignocelluloses biomass into bioenergy, biomaterials or biochemicals with high added value.A twin-screw extrusion pretreatment technology was introduced in this paper. After the pretreatment under the conditions of high solid content(~35%),lowtemperature(<100 ℃),and low alkali loading(6%),71%lignin was removed. The glucan conversion and total sugar yield can reach to 87.5%and about 78%respectively via subsequent enzymatic hydrolysis for48h with cellulase dosage of 20 FPU/g-substrate and xylanase dosage of 5 U/g-substrate.Lignin was employed to prepare highly efficient cement water reducer by combined oxidation-sulfonation and the fluidity of cement with 0.3%addition of such modified lignin could reach to 185 mm.The enzyme hydrolyzate was fermented by Clostridium acetobutylicum ATCC824.The conversion of total sugar was 92.7%and the overall yield could reach to 112 Kg/t raw corn stover.
