Structures and luminescence of mixed lanthanide(Tb3+,Eu3+)coordination CMC and HPCMC
Tb3+and/or Eu3+-contained Carboxy Methylated Cellulose(CMC)and Hydroxypropyl Carboxymethyl Cellulose(HPCMC)nanostructured complexes samples were successfully synthesized by co-precipitation method with microwave-assisted heating.Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and photoluminescence(PL)are main approaches used to characterize the samples.It is found that HPCMC-based samples particle size are smaller.And by comparing both kinds of complexes,it is found that the HPCMC is more favorable to coordinate with Tb/Eu with higher chelating degree and stronger emission intensity due to the difference between macromolecular structure between CMC and HPCMC.
