STUDY ON ENZYMATIC HYDROLYSIS OF MIXED SUBSTRATES OF CORNCOB RESIDUES AND LIGNOCELLULOSE FIBERS

  A collaborative enzymatic hydrolysis method of mixed substrates with different characteristics was proposed in this paper.The results showed that there existed a synergistic effect between the two substrates of grinded corncob residues and lignocellulose fibers during the enzymatic hydrolysis,which could enhance the hydrolysis efficiency.Furthermore,PFI refining was an effective approach to enhance the synergistic effect.When the beating degree of lignocellulose fibers was improved from 12 °SR to 21 °SR,the glucose concentration and glucose conversion rate of mixed substrates in the collaborative enzymatic hydrolysis was increased to 19.13 g/L and 99.31%,respectively.
