TECHNICAL STUDY ON PRODUCTION OF ETHANOL AND BY-PRODUCT FROM REED PREPARATION WASTE

　　Ethanol,and by-products(xylo-oligosaccharides and rough lignin production)were carried out by general utilization about all of components with reed wet preparation waste as material.The results showed that the yield of ethanol was 151kg/t material after ball milling pretreatment,enzymolysis and fermentation,the yield of by-product of feed grade xylo-oligosaccharides was 127.5kg/t material after purification,and the yield of by-product of rough lignin was 350kg/t material.In addition,alkali extraction of milling pretreatment stage could be incorporated into the alkali recovery to recover heat and alkali.So this realized all components utilization.
