ICP-AES METHOD FOR THE DETERMINATION OF INORGANIC ELEMENTS IN BAMBOO KRAFT BLACK LIQUOR

  The aim of this paper was to determine the content of major inorganic elements including Si,Al,Ca,Mg and B in bamboo kraft black liquor by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The ICP-AES determination was performed after sample digestion with the digestion solution of nitric acid,hydrogen peroxide and hydrogen fluoride(10:4:1 v/v/v)in a microwave assisted digestion system.The results showed that the accuracy of the method determined by spiking experiments was very good(recoveries 97.56%to 102.89%),the relative standard deviation(RSD)< 1.36%,and the limits of detection of elements were from 0.0001 up to 0.4380 μg·mL-1.The developed method was simple and was adopted for implementation to analyze inorganic elements in black liquor.
