Discussion on social environment of Beijing-Tianjin-Langfang metropolitan area utilities development
The Emerging metropolitan area development process has always been accompanied by the development of public utilities,while the natural ecology,human geography,political and economic,social and cultural environment of public utility development has important fundamental role in the metropolitan area public utilities development.The concept of Beijing-Tianjin-Langfang metropolitan area is defined in this paper to the respect of the relationship between public utilities o peration and economic and social environment on which public utilities dependent,and several topics are analyzed in detail in this paper,such as Beijing-Tianjin-Langfang metropolitan areas natural resources,location and transportation,regional industrial development,technology and education,and the subjective and objective conditions of Beijing-Tianjin-Langfang metropolitan area utilities development,which has important practical significance and application value for Beijing-Tianjin-Langfang metropolitan area public utilities development.
