Model Based Assembly Process Planning and Simulation for General Aircraft Products
With the development of intelligent manufacturing technology,based on digital 3D definition of product model,Model Based Technology is applied to process planning and process simulation in the process of pars machining and assembly,which is important part of Model Based Enterprise(MBE).In this paper,the assembly of the front section of general aircraft products is regarded as study object.In the full three-dimensional environment,integrating assembly information,including the product structure definition,assembly process datum,assembly relations,assembly sequence,and assembly fixtures and toolings,the assembly process planning and assembly process simulation on the digital assembly process and simulation platform,which involves the determination of the assembly process and the corresponding details,assembly path planning and assembly sequence planning,validation of the rationality of assembly process plan.Finally,visual assembly process files are generated to guide actual assembly.
