The Multi-axis NC Adjustment Method of the Aero-engine Attitude in Installation Process

  At present the installation of aero-engine to the aircraft body is mainly realized by manual work with man-powered vehicle.To solve its defects of poor efficiency,high labor intensity and easy to scratch the aero-engine surface,a kind of precise numerical-controlled(NC)installation method had been studied.An aero-engine NC installation vehicle based on visual monitoring was developed.Experimental installation results show that the method and the equipment for aero-engine NC installation has the superiority of convenient operation,the efficiency of the aero-engine installation is increased by more than one time,the location precision is limited in 0.2mm,the attitude precision is limited in 20,and the scratch between the aero-engine outer edge and the inner cabin of the aircraft body is avoided during the installation process.
