Research on Delay Mechanism and Compensation of Electronic Gearbox in Networked Control System
According to the gear processing numerical control system based on network,the generation mechanism of network induced delay and its influence on the control performance were analyzed.Under different conditions of feedback delay and control instruction delay,it is found that the steady state error of the network control system is proportional to the target velocity and the position feedback delay and is less affected by the delay of control instruction when tracking the constant speed trajectory.On the basis of execution timing sequence of the sensor,actuator and controller in the numerical control system,a feedback output compensation method is proposed.Considering the influence of network induced delay on the control precision of EGB,an EGB generative control error model of networked CNC is established.The effect of the proposed compensation method on the control precision of EGB is analyzed by simulation and experiment.The results show that the proposed compensation strategy can effectively eliminate the control error caused by the induced delay and improve the control precision of the EGB.
