Study on Preparation and Properties of Micro-texture CVD Diamond Coated Tools

　　Micro texture was processed on the tool surface by laser marking machine.The micro-texture diamond coated tools were prepared by employing the Hot Filament Chemical Vapor Deposition(HFCVD).Using the method of two-step ultrasonic assisted acid-alkali etching to fabricate the YG6 carbide tools.This paper mainly studied the preparation technology of micro-texture diamond coated tools.Using the micro-texture diamond coated tools,ordinary coated tools and uncoated carbide tools to carry out the milling experiments.Experiments results show that two-step ultrasonic assisted acid-alkali etching is beneficial to the growth of diamond grains.And micro texture can enhance the adhesion between diamond film and tool surface.The micro-texture diamond coated tools have a better cutting performance than uncoated tools and ordinary coated tools.The machined material has the better surface quality.
