The Improve Design of Frame for Mountain Bike Based on TRIZ Theory
The mountain bike has become a trend for young people in the city because of mountain bikes characteristics such as low-carbon environment,small noise,high adaptability,strong and durable,superior riding performance.The frame is the critical component of mountain bike,the quality of frame directly impacts the cycling experience and safety of cyclists.However,there are still defects in mountain bikes,the weight is too heavy,the frames shock and fatigue resistance ability is lower.In this paper,the critical positions of frame are identified by using finite element analysis.The resolutions for fault problems are obtained through TRIZ theory,and the solutions are evaluated by finite element analysis and experiment.The result is not only an important criterion for the improvement and optimization of mountain bikes,but also improves the market competitiveness of the domestic mountain bikes.
