Structural Design and Performance Evaluation of Uniformly Distributed Ring Type Sealing Valve
According to the problems of small sealing valve seal exists supporting cost pressure in equipment or the high cost of precision manufacturing and manufacturing material,this device aims to provide sealing valve of uniformly distributed ring type experiment module.Using to rotary valve hand to rotary transmission shaft,to make the ratchet wheel is under the action of the ratchet pawl to one-way card,the protruding ends of the top roller to make the pressure gradually to the top rod spring block,uniform pressure on the sealing inner ring and tightly sealed with the sealing outer rings inner ring to realize sealing The model has the advantages of uniform force,low maintenance cost,compact structure,high degree of freedom and good control stability.Through the check of the strength and tightness of the sealing valve,it provides an important reference for the sealing ring in the next step.
