A Scheme of Material Management a for Small and Micro Manufacturing Enterprises Based on E-mail Collaboration

摘要：

　　A material management solution for small and micro manufacturing enterprises is presented based on the commonly used Microsoft Office components(Access,Outlook and Excel).By mail attachments(or QQ offline file),the electronic database file,including information of storage,material,capital etc.,flows among the departments of small and micro manufacturing enterprises,completing the low cost cooperative-type material management,without special network architecture and without relying on space management.And an algorithm is shown based on compound SQL statements,simplifying the codes.Through the VB.Net 2010(VB 6.0)software,the scheme is implemented in a water treatment equipment manufacturing enterprise,in order to explore transition and low cost solutions,aiming to Chinese Intelligent Manufacturing 2025 strategy,for small manufacturing enterprises.
