Theoretical and Experimental Research on Elastic Yield and Dynamic Stiffness of Camshaft Grinder
Aiming at the phenomenon of elastic yield in high speed grinding process of camshaft,theoretical and experimental research on elastic yield and dynamic stiffness are carried out in this paper.The mathematical model of grinding force is analyzed,and the experiments is carried out by varying the process parameters to control the grinding force,The change rule of elastic yield is obtained and the influence of dynamic stiffness on elastic yield is analyzed.The dynamic stiffness test is carried out by hammering method,the whole machine dynamic stiffness is obtained and the weak link of the system is analyzed.Finally,the whole machine dynamic stiffness obtained by the two methods is compared.
