A Prediction Model and Experimental Study of Internal Gear Power Honing Force Based on Improved Wolf Colony Algorithm

  In order to study the influence rules of processing parameters including the workpiece speed,the feed rate in X direction and the feed speed of the X-axis on the internal gear power honing force.The Box-Behnken design method was used to design the internal gear power honing test.Based on the monitoring data of the radial honing force,the prediction modle of the honing force is established based on the multiple linear regression.The variance analysis method was used to test the fitting degree of the prediction model and the significance of the independent input parameters.Taking the honing force prediction model as the objective function,the processing parameters range and the actual production processing time are the constraint conditions,based on the improved wolves algorithm,the machining parameters of the internal gear power honing are improved.The results show that it is feasible to choose the best combination of honing parameters to achieve the minimum honing force within a reasonable machining time range.
