Process technology of the aircraft skin

摘要：

　　Aiming to processing of large thin-plate parts,the technical process,processing principles and critical technologies were studied and analyzed detailedly in this paper.As the new generation of aircraft skin green manufacturing method,the flexible clamping system and the real-time detecting system,are the critical difficulties to the mirror milling system(MMS).The inflexibility of the processing zone of workpiece can be guaranteed by the supporting head which moving along with the machining head,and the accuracy requirement of the workpiece thickness was guaranteed by the real-time thickness monitoring system.This can provide certain reference for the promoting ofthe mirror-milling system.
