Accuracy Estimationof Coaxial Alignment Assembly System
To achieve precise assembly,an in-housecoaxia1 assembly system has been developed for the assembly of precision parts.To satisfy the accuracy requirements,accuracy evaluation of the in-house precision assembly system had been calculated.The error of measurement and synthesis theory is studied and analyzed firstly,and the motion errors and the resolution of the visual system are analyzed and calibrated.Based on the theory of random error limit error synthesis method,the accuracy error of this assembly system can reach 2.95μm,which can satisfy the accuracy requirements.The result of this paperwould provide the theoretical basis and technologic support for improvingthe assembly accuracy.
