The Temperature Field and Stress Field Analysis in Continuous Casting-Conveying-Stacking Cooling Process of Bearing Steel

  As for the process of CC-SC region of the 325×280 mm2 bloom,studied the temperature and stress change rule in continuous casting,conveying,stack cooling units through numerical simulation method,analysis of the causes of the bloom subcutaneous and the control measures.The results are as follows: in the process of continuous casting,the biggest heat recovery is up to 127℃,the highest heat recovery rate is up to 217.48℃/m in the secondary cooling area.In temperature recovery area,the maximum stress and strain value exceeds the limit value of bearing steel from the bloom surface within 10 to 30 mm of the cross section.Therefore,the temperature recovery was the main driving force about angle and subcutaneous crack.
