Rolling Process FE Analysis of High Strength Rebar for Elongation Improvement
In Recently,As the number of high-rise buildings increases,demand for high-strength rebars also increases.However,in the mass production process,the high strength rebar has a problem that the elongation rate is not satisfied.Whether or not the elongation rate is satisfied depends on the grain size.Reinforcing bars with unsatisfied elongation were very large in grain size.In order to minimized the grain size,it was studied of rolling process,such as rolling temperature,rolling pass schedule.The grain size was predicted through the analysis of rolling process.The rolling process conditions optimized for elongation property were obtained.
