Energy Consumption Scheduling for a Hybrid Flowshop with Batch Production at Last Stage
The hybrid flowshop(HFS)has extensive applications in many kinds of real-world production environment 1.This paper considers a realistic case of HFS arising from the steelmaking-continuous casting(SCC)process.The SCC process is characterized by high temperature and high energy consumption,thus effective energy consumption scheduling methods are crucial for this kind HFS.
