Impact of characteristics of passengers on information diffusion in metro emergency

  Information diffusion in emergency always decides the severity of accident which is also one of the social concerned issues.In this paper,metro emergency is taken as the background and a model of emergency information diffusion abbreviated USNO is established,which is based on the two communicating rules set up between insiders and between insiders and uninformed passengers.Netlogo,especially for multi-agent modeling,is used to simulate the diffusion of information in metro emergency.The factor of passengers characteristics is mainly focused on in this paper like the spreading desire of passengers,the trustworthiness and the passengers uncertainty about their opinions.The result of the simulation indicates that expect the passengers uncertainty about their opinions which has a positive correlation,other two factors both have a negative correlation with the time of passengers opinions reaching consensus.The result can be used for the guide and control of emergency information.
