Research on Capabilities-based Optimization Allocation of Maintenance Support Equipment

摘要：

　　Promoting vessel maintenance support capability is based on matching optimization of vessel maintenance support equipment.By breaking down vessel maintenance support equipment and maintenance support mission,we can build a mapping relation with maintenance support capability.Then,by matching maintenance support equipment and maintenance support mission optimally can achieve a goal of minimum comprehensive index,which includes time and resource consumption.In the process of solving the model,consider the random dynamic change of the task and solve the optimization scheme which has robustness by genetic algorithm.The results show that the method is scientific and effective.
