A score transformation model for evaluating Beijing natural science foundation items
Indicator evaluation is used to measure results of funded items in widespread.The core of indicator evaluation is the indicator selection,indicator weight and the transformation from indicator weight to evaluation score.Based on the limitations of existed methods,this paper puts forward a scientific and reasonable score transformation model,and carry out some analysis and calculation for parameters.In addition,we compare the study results with the actual scores of Beijing fund item.This study is proved to achieve a complete,accurate,fair,distinct evaluation of fund items,which is a great help in setting score of evaluation indicator system,and verifying the rationality of existing results.
