Dynamic assessment of supplier performance in high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises with preferences of the decision maker

  With the implement of Made in China 2025 strategy,high-end equipment manufacturing as an important symbol of the manufacturing level of a country has attracted much attention from practical and academic fields.In this paper,we focus on the problem of evaluating supplier performance in high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises at several stages on different attributes.In order to copy with this problem,evidential reasoning based multiple attribute decision analysis method with consideration of fluctuation of assessments at different stages is developed and called dynamic multiple attribute decision analysis.Stage weights and attribute weights are respectively determined by taking into account dynamic nature of dynamic multiple attribute decision analysis.Finally,the proposed dynamic multiple attribute decision analysis method is applied to evaluate supplier performance about gearbox of high-speed train in a high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise in order to verify its applicability and validity.
