Composite dispatching rule design for dynamic scheduling based on machine-learning in semiconductor production line
As a quite complex manufacturing process,semiconductor production line has the characteristics of large scale,multi input and multi target.Production scheduling is the core of the manufacturing system,which affects the development and competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,the scheduling problem of semiconductor production has always been the hotspot of research at home and abroad.Simple heuristic dispatching rule is the most common scheduling method for semiconductor production lines because of its simple algorithm,low computational complexity and easy implementation.However,a single dispatching rule can only be used to optimize a certain performance.
