The first solid state glycosylation of quercetin

摘要：

　　This work presents first results of the study possibility of solid state glycosilation of quercetin.The main results were obtained by thermogravimetric and calorimetric analysis.It was shown that the product of glycosylation occurs in the presence of solid alkali as catalyst.
