Recent progress in the synthesis of thiazolo3,2-apyrimidine compounds

摘要：

　　In this paper,the progress in the synthesis of thiazole3,2-apyrimidine compounds in the field of medicine and pesticide were reviewed.The main synthetic routes include:(i)synthesis of thiazolo3,2-apyrimidines,spiro thiazolo3,2-apyrimidines and pyrazolo3,4-dthiazolo3,2-apyrimidines by multicomponent reactions(MCRs).(ii)synthesis of thiazolo3,2-apyrimidines by condensation of pyrimidine-2-thiones,which were obtained by Biginelli reaction between aromatic aldehydes and thiourea,with substituted 2-bromo-1-phenylethanone or chloroacetic acid.(iii)synthesis of pyridothieno-fused thiazolo3,2-apyrimidinones via Pictet-Spengler reaction.(iv)synthesis of pyrido4,3-dthiazolo3,2-apyrimidine by reacting 2-aminothiazole with theα,β-unsaturated ketones.
