NUMERICAL SIMULATION ANALYSIS ON THE EXPLOSION PROPAGATION PROCESS OF PIPELINE GAS WITH COMPLEX OBSTACLES

  Natural gas explosion seriously endangers social stability,public property safety,and peoples lives.Study of the pipeline gas explosion is of great importance to the enterprise production and social stability.Through the theoretical analysis of the process of pipeline gas explosion using FLACS software and setting up three control groups,the effects of obstacles of different sizes,different arrangements on the explosion propagation law of natural gas were investigated and compared.Through investigating the explosion parameters,it was found that obstacle had an incentive effect on explosion propagation,which can be concluded as that the larger the obstacle size is,the more closely the arrangement is.Moreover,the obstacles had greater impact on the flame front,propagation speed and explosion power of pipeline gas explosion.The research provides theoretical basis for the prevention and control of gas explosion accident.
