COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION MODEL OF ENERGY TRUST PROJECT BASED ON REGIONAL DISTRIBUTION NETWORK

　　With the in release and increase implementation of the energy conservation and emission reduction policy for power enterprises in recent years,the application of the energy performance contracts on the energy-saving and loss-reducing of distribution network have attracted increasing attention.As an important mode of contract energy management,energy trusteeship is a perfect choice for the energy-saving reconstruction of regional distribution network.In order to provide the decision-making of the energy trusteeship project of regional distribution network for energy-saving service companies and power enterprises,this paper designed the comprehensive evaluation index system of energy trusteeship model of regional distribution network from five dimensions including economy,technology,society,environment and security,and then used Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate the weight of evaluation index.The comprehensive evaluation model of the energy trusteeship project of regional distribution network was eventually constructed.The model can be used to evaluate the energy trusteeship project of regional distribution network objectively,and provide the scientific basis for the project decision-making.
