Design and Rigid-flexible Coupling Dynamic Analysis of Cam-type ATC Manipulator
The cam-type ATC manipulator has the advantages of fast tool changing and high efficiency,but the structure is complex and difficult to design.This paper proposed a new method of globoid cam 3D modeling for ATC manipulator-double-globoid cam mechanism,which could solve the design problem of the cam-type ATC device.Then,the multi-ridge dynamics model of the cam-type ATC manipulator was established; the key components were flexed by ANSYS,and the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics virtual prototype was established,the performance of the rigid-flexible coupling model was analyzed,and the analyzed results was compared with the results of the multi-rigid model through ADMAS.The analysis process was as much as possible to simulate the situation of the ATC mechanism in actual work process.And the result has a reference value to establish and analyze rigid-flexible coupling model of ATC mechanism in the future.
