An Improved Delay Algorithm Based on Generalized Cross Correlation
The most commonly used algorithm in the sound source localization algorithm based on time delay estimation(TDE)is generalized cross correlation,but the algorithm is more sensitive to noise and reverberation.Aiming at this problem,this paper proposes a time delay estimation algorithm based on quadratic correlation.The correlation peak precision algorithm is used to improve the resolution near the correlation peak.Finally,the correlation peak is further improved by the Hilbert difference method.The experimental results show that the improved time delay estimation algorithm has a significant improvement in the anti-noise performance and the estimation accuracy of the generalized cross correlation algorithm.
