The technique of installation error angle calibration in the experiment of accuracy evaluation in INS
Prior to the use of inertial guidance systems, the accuracy of the device is an important step in evaluating the systems ability to meet engineering requirements. In the accuracy evaluation experiment, the speed and position reference can be obtained by GPS,and the continuous accurate orientation reference information needs to be provided by the high precision inertial navigation system. However, due to the error of installation error between the high precision and the evaluation inertial navigation, the position course output cannot be used directly for reference. For this problem, this paper designs the calibration test, establishes the error model, and studies the calibration scheme of the installation error between the reference and the inertial conductance. The calibration of the error Angle between the two systems is achieved by using the high precision triaxial rotating platform and the rotation of three sensitive axes of the system.Through the simulation, the accuracy of the installation error angle can be less than 3.5 and the repeatability is less than 1.
