An Innovative RSA Scheme In Multi-domain Heterogeneous Software
Optical Wavelength Division Multiplexing(WDM)networks based on fixed grid technology have exposed some questions,including wasting of bandwidth resources in multi-domain heterogeneous networks.Flexible grid technologies can provide end-to-end optical path according to the client flexibly and effectively.However,it is unpractical to deploy a one-time green-field flexible grid technologies subjected to some practical purposes,such as the existing and well developed fixed grid optical networks need to be preserved.For both of transmission technologies,the problems of Physical Layer Impairments(PLIs)and energy consumption are two categories that are not to be sneezed at.In this paper,we propose an effective hierarchical control scheme to effectively utilizing resource of multi-domain heterogeneous network,then we emphatically design Routing and Spectrum Assignment(RSA)algorithm bundle.The simulation results verified the effectiveness of idea that the proposed algorithm bundle can ensure network Quality-of-Service(QoS)by reducing overall network blocking probability and energy consumption.
