Study On Force Tracking Control Of Electro-hydraulic Active Suspension

  In order to improve the vehicle ride comfort,the vehicle EHA(electro-hydrostatic actuator,EHA)active suspension structure has been proposed.The mathematical model of the 2 DOF active suspension and the mathematical model of the EHA active suspension system are established.The influence of the actuator(brushless DC motor)on the main force of the system is analyzed.A force tracking control strategy is designed,which includes the system outer ring LQG controller and the system inner loop motor speed & current controller.According to the influence of the brushless DC motor on the active suspension system,the simulation analysis of the suspension system under the control of the force tracking and the LQG control without considering the influence of the motor on the system is carried out.The results show that the force tracking control strategy can effectively track the active force of the system and improve the dynamic characteristics of the EHA active suspension.
