Research on Weatherability of Semiconductive RTV Anti-icing Coating
Atmospheric icing seriously influences the security and stability of transmission systems at various voltage classes.Thus,suitable and effective anti-icing methods are in urgent need.In laboratory and on transmission lines on site,semiconductive RTV anti-icing coating showed remarkable anti-icing effect,and it is very promising to be widely used in anti-graze work of power systems.The article conducted over-voltage tests and acid/alkali soak tests on the semiconductive anti-icing coating specimen.The results showed that the coating specimen had the ability of resistance to over-voltage.After acid soak,resistance of the coating specimen increased.After alkali soak,resistance of the coating specimen decreased.In addition,the article conducted ultraviolet and xenon lamps exposure aging tests.The results showed that the color and adhesive force of the coating specimen had no apparent change.
