Design of Intelligent Analysis System for Icing-Thickness of Transmission Line Video Monitoring
With the concept of global energy Internet theory put forward,the unattended real-time remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of transmission lines and substations is becoming more and more important.Therefore,based on the development of MFC application framework,this paper designs the technology of communication and transmission of streaming media in video surveillance system,and intelligent analysis and identification scheme of icing thickness,which combined with intelligent image recognition and processing technology and multithreading,ADO object database access,network communication,video transmission,video codec technology,State Grid interface B standard protocol and XML parsing technology.The test results show that the system has high efficiency,good portability,strong stability and fast processing speed.It can be applied to real-time monitoring of transmission line video,and provide reliable data source and early warning information for intelligent on-line monitoring of transmission lines.
