　　This paper introduces the status quo of construction and planning,testing,capability,technical application and training of Liupanshui Ice-proof Demonstration Base in Guizhou,and focuses on the observation and assessment of the high altitude UHV natural ice-covered AC and DC test line Field and outdoor impact test field,high altitude artificial climate laboratory design and other aspects of the study and discussion,for the anti-icing technology and safe operation of the power grid is of great significance.
