Engineering Application and Practice of Ice-melting Technology in Guizhou Power Grid
Guizhou Province is a province of low temperature freezing disasters,and the disaster coverage covers most parts of the province Guizhou power grid company began to explore the technology to resist ice disaster since the sixties of last century,especially have conducted a deep research and practice of technology for ice melting in high voltage and interconnection grid power since 2008.Through the appropriate choice of environmental meteorological parameters and melting time,we have determined the reasonable ice melting current of different wire diameters.Through the use of different types of ice melting device to meet the needs of different voltage levels.The various types of ice melting device are collocated reasonably to ensure that the entire Guizhou power grid is equipped with ice melting means.We proposed a variety of forms of quick wire access device to solve the problem of lack of space in different substations,improved the efficiency of the entire ice melting link.In view of the implementation of the ground wire to melt ice,put forward the transformation of overhead ground requirements.Years of practical experience show that reasonable choice and allocation of ice melting device,the quick access in substations,and the implementation of the ground wire ice melting,are the guarantee of the successful application of ice melting technology.
