Optimal Deployment Model of Ice Melting Devices for Transmission Lines Based on Game Theory
In this paper, the optimal deployment model of ice melting devices for transmission lines,by which the risk of icing on power grid can be minimized,is built based on game theory.Firstly, the scenario of icing on transmission lines and function of ice melting devices is introduced, along with the electric grid icing forecast system and dc ice melting devices.Secondly, the interaction between ice and the power grid operator is modeled as a game.Thirdly, grid risk is defined according to the impacts of ice and ice melting device, while the risk evaluation index of icing is analyzed. The optimal deployment model is solved using method of game theory. Finally, the proposed model and method is applied to a numerical example to verify the feasibility.
