The Sampling Strategy and Apply in Ice Monitoring of Insulator String Mechanics Parameters

摘要：

　　Due to inaccurate phenomenon is resulted of the wind load which exists in the present icing monitoring work on sampling insulator string mechanical parameters,the wind loads effects of insulator string wind angle and inclination angle are studied,and on this basis,the sampling strategy of insulator string mechanical parameters in wind conditions is proposed to ensure the accuracy of insulator string mechanical sampling data finally got can truly reflect force condition of the insulator string,and to control the data error in the sampling process within the allowable range in the project.
