The Strategy of Electric Vehicle Fast-charging on Correcting Slope Iteratively

  In the paper,the fast-charging strategy of correcting slope iteratively is put forward to shorten charg-ing time and extend operation lifecycle of electric vehicles.The method could adjust the slope of charging current in real-time to make actual current close to or equal to the batterys acceptable maximum current.And this increased the charging rate and avoided that batteries were over-charging or undercharging.Battery management system selected STM32F411 as the main controller and adopted AD7280A for monitoring lithium-ion battery charging.The experimental results show that the charging curve meets the Marse charging curve,which proves that it is capable of charging the battery over 80%in 60 minutes compared with constant current and constant voltage charging.
