A Study on the Effect of Radar Seeker Performance Parameters on Control and Guide Precision

  The radar seeker is the core component of missiles for intercepting and tracking radiation source.In the analysis of missile firing accuracy,the performance of the seeker plays a very important role.In order to analyze the influence of the performance parameters of the seeker on the guidance accuracy,the author of this paper has mainly done the following work.Firstly,the mathematical model of active radar seeker is established.Secondly,three error factors which have typical influence on the seeker performance parameters are selected and analyzed,and the mathematical model is established.Lastly,the flight attitude of the missile is numerically simulated with the consideration of the effect of the three error factors on the seeker.The results show that the performance parameters of the active radar seeker have a great effect on the missile guidance accuracy,which can provide the theoretical basis for the subsystem index verification and the guidance and control system design.
