Research on management system and technical standard system of wind power prediciton

摘要：

　　It is researched the exisiting management system,technical standard system,and then analyzed related documents,such as management methods,specifications and regulations,examination method,of wind power prediciton in China.Finally,it is provided some suggestions on completing management system and technical standard system in the thesis,for future work in this field.
