Research on a kind of piezoelectric flexible amplification mechanism based on lever principle
In order to improve the piezoelectric stack displacement,this paper proposes a kind of piezoelectric flexible amplification mechanism based on lever principle with good linearity,high rotation accuracy and fast response.And the theoretical stiffness calculation is carried out,finite element model is established,the mechanism modal and displacement was calculated and simulated.Amplification ratio of the piezoelectric stack is 14.3 times close to analytical calculation.In the experiment,the displacement and velocity curve was measured by laser displacement sensor,and the frequency can reach 300Hz,which is consistent with the simulation results,so the frequency and displacement of amplification mechanism can meet the market requirements of the injection valve.
