A Wideband Reconnaissance Receiver Design based on Real-time Spectrum Analysis Technology
The technology of wideband real-time spectrum analysis(RTSA)technology focus on the effective discovery, capture and detection of signal with large bandwidth and complex modulation. In this paper, some RTSA technology, including digital phosphor(DPX)technology, frequency mask trigger(FMT)technology and DPX density trigger(DDT)technology, are used to design an electronic reconnaissance digital receiver.DPX technology achieves the digital accumulation of frequency spectrum, and can effectively analyze various signals of a period of time from frequency domain.FMT technology and DPX density trigger technology are novel trigging capturing methods for transient signals capturing. The proposed electronic reconnaissance receiver uses a FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)chip as the main processor. To solve the difficulties of wideband data real-time processing, some optimized implementation architectures are proposed to reduce consumption of logic resources and improve implementation efficiency. This receiver design is verified by practical engineering.
