The TOPSIS method for decision making with 2-tuple linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy sets

  This paper develops a new TOPSIS method for multi-attribute group decision-making(MAGDM)problems in a 2-tuple linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy environment where every decision maker provides the positive and negative fuzzy linguistic evaluation values of alternatives to express uncertain information.In such group decision making problems,the weights of decision makers are determined by TOPSIS technique.The individual decision of decision makers are then transformed into the group decision of alternatives,and the preference order of alternatives is given by the TOPSIS.An illustrative example is listed to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed method.
