The Research of Analytical Approach for Crosstalk of Multi-conductor Transmission Lines
With the purpose of analyzing the crosstalk of multi-conductor transmission lines,an analytical approach--the lumped parameter model method is presented.First, the physical model of multiple adjacent transmission lines is established by using the 2D field solver of the Ansoft Q3D software and the unit length electrical parameters such as capacitance matrix and inductance matrix of transmission lines are extracted. Then, the lumped parameter equivalent circuit of multiple transmission lines is established by using software ORCAD Capture. At last, the input and output voltage waveform of aggressive lines and the near-end and far-end crosstalk voltage waveform of victim lines can be obtained. This method reduces the restrictions of the structure of drivers and circuits, and it is also helpful for the realization of all kinds of simulation signal source in EMC simulation research.
